Shipping policy

Le Chocola currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, product availability, public holidays, weather, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delivery charge of AED 35 applies to each order unless a different charge or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable UAE phone number. We may contact the customer when information is required to complete delivery. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information are not the responsibility of Le Chocola.
