By using the Le Chocola website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices, products, availability, and promotions may change without notice. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery is available only in selected UAE city areas and excludes remote locations. Customers must contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability. The delivery charge is AED 35, and estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Le Chocola is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

As our chocolates are perishable, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.

Product images are for reference. Handmade products may have minor differences in appearance, colour, or decoration.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms limits customers’ rights under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.
